Concession Technical Advisor Lead

About the role

The Concession Technical Advisor Lead will drive the success of water‑related concession projects across Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Senior Director/Market Director – Water, you will shape revenue and EBIT performance while delivering world‑class advisory services on PPP solutions and concession delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the appointment and delivery of technical advisory services for water concessions.
• Oversee win‑work, bidding and client‑management activities for the water portfolio.
• Guide project teams to produce best‑in‑class deliverables in the concession space.
• Support the Senior Director in achieving P&L, EBIT and headcount targets aligned with the long‑range plan.
• Provide regular updates on business‑plan progress, revenue, and client performance.
• Drive regional bid performance aiming for a minimum 30% win rate.
• Assist in developing short, medium and long‑term business plans for the water division.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in water management, PPP projects, or concession delivery.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale technical advisory engagements.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in profit‑loss and EBIT management.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
