Concierge – Luxury Hotel (Saudi National)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Concierge to join Raffles The Red Sea, a flagship luxury resort within Saudi Arabia’s Red Sea Project. The role focuses on delivering anticipatory, personalized service to discerning guests while upholding the legendary Raffles hospitality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, anticipatory, and personalized service in line with Raffles’ service philosophy.
• Act as a trusted advisor, recommending dining, entertainment, cultural experiences, transportation, and exclusive local attractions.
• Handle guest requests efficiently, creatively, and discreetly, ensuring prompt follow‑up and flawless execution.
• Liaise with internal departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Butler Service, F&B, Spa, Security) to guarantee seamless experiences.
• Build and maintain relationships with external luxury vendors and service providers to secure preferred access for guests.
• Manage reservations, ticketing, transportation arrangements, and special requests with precision.
• Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences in the property management system.
• Uphold grooming, etiquette, and presentation standards, representing the Raffles brand with impeccable manners.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively and diplomatically, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury hotel concierge or guest relations role (5‑star or ultra‑luxury preferred).
• Les Clefs d’Or certification or eligibility is highly desirable.
• Exceptional knowledge of the local destination, luxury lifestyle offerings, and high‑end clientele expectations.
• Proven ability to anticipate guest needs and deliver bespoke experiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a Property Management System (PMS) for recording guest preferences.
