Conference & Events Sales Manager

About the role

The Conference & Events Sales Manager will drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for EBC Group in Jeddah. You will be responsible for turning sales opportunities into booked events while ensuring a seamless hand‑over to the Event Management team.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term, value‑based relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate sales activities with off‑property channels to avoid duplication and maximise coverage.
• Conduct sales calls, organise FAM trips, attend trade shows and other promotional activities.
• Generate proposals, draft contracts and manage customer correspondence throughout the sales cycle.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify and close revenue‑generating opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that aligns with the company’s service standards.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field with at least 3 years of sales/marketing experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to overall location revenue.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
