About the role

Tahaluf, the leading B2B live and on‑demand events organiser in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Conference Producer to shape high‑impact conference programmes for its record‑breaking events. You will work closely with global experts, sponsors and internal teams to deliver seamless, engaging experiences for attendees.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce high‑level industry conference programmes.
• Liaise with key professionals, institutions and companies to secure speaker participation.
• Confirm speaker attendance and maintain an up‑to‑date speaker database.
• Prepare creative briefs for the Marketing team and support sponsorship lead generation.
• Attend sales meetings and provide relevant leads.
• Mentor junior conference producers within the team.
• Conduct post‑show analysis, including speaker title analysis.
• Research market trends, develop new conference ideas and identify key opinion leaders.

Required profile

• Confident communicator able to engage expert speakers worldwide.
• Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage on‑site speaker logistics and show flow.
• Proactive mindset for market research and programme development.
