About the role
Join the in‑house legal team of one of Saudi Arabia’s flagship giga‑projects as a Construction Dispute Lawyer based in Riyadh. You will work alongside a high‑quality international legal team on a wide range of construction, engineering and finance matters.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on claims, disputes and arbitrations arising from construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage dispute processes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Handle commercial contracts, engineering and finance issues related to the project.
- Provide strategic advice to minimise legal and commercial risk.
Required profile
- Common‑law qualified lawyer with 5–12 years post‑qualification experience.
- Background in top law firms or international corporate environments.
- Proven experience on complex, high‑value construction and infrastructure disputes.
