About the role
We are looking for an experienced Construction Disputes Counsel to join the legal team of a major giga‑project in Riyadh. The successful candidate will work on high‑value construction, engineering and finance matters, providing strategic advice to minimise risk.
Key responsibilities
- Advise on a wide range of claims, disputes and arbitrations related to construction and infrastructure projects.
- Manage dispute processes and coordinate with external counsel.
- Handle commercial contracts, engineering and finance issues arising from the project.
- Provide strategic legal advice to reduce exposure and support project delivery.
Required profile
- Common‑law qualified lawyer with 5–12 years post‑qualification experience.
- Background in top law firms or international corporate environments.
- Proven experience in complex, high‑value construction and infrastructure disputes.
