Construction HSE Field Supervisor – Al Jubail

About the role

The Construction HSE Field Supervisor will ensure that all on‑site activities comply with TCM HSE policies, local regulations, and industry standards. Reporting to the Construction HSE Coordinator (or Site Manager when acting as TCM HSE representative), you will lead safety initiatives across the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Job Hazard Analyses (JHA) and participate in Job Safety Analyses (JSA).
• Verify the adequacy and application of site HSE plans and related procedures, updating documentation as needed.
• Monitor subcontractors to ensure compliance with HSE procedures, regulations, and standards.
• Organise and lead regular HSE walk‑arounds, inspections, audits, and prepare related reports and corrective‑action plans.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver HSE training sessions on‑site.
• Facilitate HSE meetings, prepare minutes of meeting (MOM), and cooperate with the client on work‑permit issues.
• Investigate accidents, maintain records, and develop preventive measures.
• Lead the site emergency response and fire‑prevention teams, including drills and mock exercises.
• Prepare monthly HSE progress reports and update site HSE statistics against corporate targets.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in HSE supervision within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international safety standards.
• Ability to work on a rotation schedule (60 days on‑site, 10 days off, 2 travel days).
