Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor

About the role

The Construction Insulation & Painting Supervisor (IPS) will lead subcontractor painting activities on the AMIRAL P02 & 03 projects in Al Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures that all works are executed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Verify supplier material and technical documentation delivery schedules against construction timelines and contractual commitments.
• Monitor schedule adherence and initiate corrective actions to recover any delays.
• Ensure subcontractor equipment and manpower are adequate and that work conforms to design documents, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain a non‑conformity register for each subcontractor and coordinate resolution.
• Identify design errors, propose rectifications, or request site engineer modifications.
• Review and sign subcontractor work progress status sheets for approval.
• Manage vendor specialists and support the Contract Engineer in pricing, subcontract amendments, and claim analysis.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma in a relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Relevant certification such as NACE, FROSIO, or comparable qualification.
