Construction Manager – Al-Khobar

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our Project Management Consultancy team in Al‑Khobar. The role involves overseeing all construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement construction plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
• Monitor construction processes, conduct regular inspections, and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Manage materials, equipment, and labor resources to optimize productivity and minimize waste.
• Identify potential challenges and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
• Ensure accurate documentation of project progress, including daily logs, reports, and change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large‑scale residential or hospitality projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Preferred: experience with luxury residential/hospitality projects, sustainable construction practices, and CCM or similar certification.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software such as MS Project.
• Proficiency with Primavera.
