Construction Manager – Central Lab Project

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager with a strong civil engineering background to lead the Central Lab Project at KFUPM. The role requires immediate availability and the ability to manage large‑scale institutional and laboratory construction within the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise all on‑site construction activities to ensure successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
• Oversee civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works according to specifications and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
• Monitor progress, manpower, material procurement, and site productivity.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and technical submittals.
• Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 18 years of construction management experience, preferably on university, laboratory, or institutional projects.
• Extensive experience in GCC, especially Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, site management, and multi‑disciplinary coordination abilities.
• Immediate availability or short notice to join.
