Construction Manager – Cross‑Country Pipeline

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead the delivery of a cross‑country pipeline project in Saudi Arabia. The role covers the full construction lifecycle, from Issued for Construction (IFC) documentation through to final hand‑over.
Key responsibilities
- Direct and manage all construction activities from IFC to hand‑over.
- Supervise and coordinate pipeline, piping, structural, civil, electrical & instrumentation (E&I), pre‑commissioning, and commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with project scope, specifications, IFC drawings, quality plans, and HSE requirements.
- Monitor progress, manage resources, and control costs to meet schedule and budget.
- Develop and implement construction plans, manage subcontractors, and document scope changes.
- Forecast manpower and material needs, and monitor productivity.
- Liaise with client representatives and internal PMT departments.
- Promote and enforce QHSE compliance across all activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas or hydrocarbon pipeline projects.
- At least 3 years in a similar construction‑manager position.
Required skills
- Pipeline construction management.
- Interpretation of IFC drawings.
- QHSE compliance.
