Construction Manager - Fit Out

About the role

Redfish Solutions is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead large‑scale interior fit‑out projects. The role is site‑based and reports directly to senior management, overseeing daily site activities, resource planning, and coordination of internal teams, subcontractors and key suppliers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership to all trades on site.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor daily logistics, material supplies, work sequencing, testing, inspections, housekeeping, waste management and health & safety.
• Act as the primary contact for subcontractors, client vendors, landlords and client representatives.
• Ensure compliance with mall/landlord regulations and project specifications.
• Analyse BOQs and IFC drawings to define scope and identify gaps.
• Manage variations, project changes and contra charges with the commercial team.
• Oversee quality inspections, rectifications, testing and commissioning, and final handover.
• Lead site progress meetings with stakeholders and contribute to management reports.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of construction industry experience in interiors, with at least 3–5 years in a similar managerial role.
• Proven track record on large‑scale mixed‑use, hospitality or commercial fit‑out projects.
• Strong attention to detail, quality focus and commitment to health & safety.
