Construction Manager

About the role

The Construction Manager will lead all site construction activities for large‑scale industrial projects, ensuring safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality standards. This role focuses on Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) facilities and requires close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all on‑site construction activities from start to completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary construction teams, contractors, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Drive execution of ATLS facilities, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry regulations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, resolve site issues, and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of construction experience with a proven track record on large‑scale industrial projects.
• Mandatory experience delivering Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) projects; pharmaceutical and food industry experience highly preferred.
• Prior experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia with knowledge of local construction practices and regulatory requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Required skills

• Experience with Advanced Technology & Life Sciences (ATLS) facilities.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical and food industry construction standards.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian construction regulations and local practices.
