Construction Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate all construction activities on-site. The role will be responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered safely, on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction operations on site
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure project milestones and deadlines are achieved efficiently
• Monitor construction progress and prepare regular status reports
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Review project drawings, plans, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolving issues as they arise
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Control project costs and ensure alignment with approved budgets
• Maintain quality standards in all phases of construction execution

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction management, preferably on large‑scale projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven experience in managing contractors and complex project timelines
• In‑depth knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with local regulations and standards in Saudi Arabia is preferred
