Construction Manager – Large Giga Project

About the role

Parsons is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead on‑site activities for a world‑leading giga‑project in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing large‑scale civil and infrastructure works, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities, guaranteeing safe execution, adherence to schedule, budget compliance and quality standards.
• Develop and manage detailed construction execution plans, resource requirements and critical project milestones.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and construction teams to maximise productivity and overall project performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and key stakeholders on all construction‑related matters.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and constraints, and implement corrective actions to maintain project objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of construction management experience delivering large civil, infrastructure, industrial or structural projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary site teams and manage construction superintendents and engineers.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, planning, scheduling and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing contractors, subcontractors and major construction equipment resources.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
