Construction Manager – Roads

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead road construction projects across Saudi Arabia. You will supervise design consultants, coordinate with project controls, and ensure that construction activities meet schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision activities of design consultants and manage overall project execution.
• Collaborate with the Project Controls Department to maintain the master schedule and budget.
• Participate in value‑engineering reviews during design and construction phases.
• Lead a high‑level construction management team, providing oversight of site supervision, inspections, commissioning, and start‑up activities.
• Monitor project progress, chair construction progress meetings, and validate progress using innovation software and CCTV.
• Supervise the preparation of construction procedures and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 + years of field construction experience.
• Experience delivering large civil/structural or industrial projects in domestic or international locations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction‑related processes and industry best practices.
• Proven leadership and supervisory capabilities.
