Construction Manager – Site Operations & Subcontractor Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead multiple construction projects on‑site. The role focuses on technical quality, subcontractor coordination, and engineering team leadership, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

Key responsibilities

• Manage site engineering teams and supervise subcontractors across all disciplines.
• Coordinate civil, architectural and MEP works, controlling sequencing between trades.
• Monitor construction progress, material requirements and workmanship quality.
• Resolve site conflicts, identify delays and risks, and implement recovery actions.
• Conduct regular site inspections and lead coordination meetings.
• Provide clear progress updates and recommendations to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, preferably with a main or general contractor.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and lead engineers and site supervisors.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to identify defects before handover.
• Experience in building and residential projects, with knowledge of schedules, progress monitoring and recovery planning.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC and proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
