Construction Procurement Specialist

About the role

Masan, a Riyadh‑based real estate developer, is looking for a full‑time Construction Procurement Specialist to join its on‑site team. You will be responsible for securing the materials and services needed to keep our construction projects on schedule and within quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, issue, and track purchase orders for construction materials and services.
• Evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Analyze procurement data to support decision‑making and cost optimisation.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and construction industry standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction or real‑estate procurement.
• Strong knowledge of purchase order management and procurement processes.
• Proven ability in supplier evaluation and contract negotiation.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
