Construction Project Manager

About the role

TUBA Real Estate Development is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the delivery of a premium mixed‑use development in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee the project from planning through handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead overall planning, execution, and control of the construction project.
• Develop, monitor, and update detailed project schedules and milestones.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Oversee structural, architectural, and finishing works throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks and delays, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and local regulations.
• Monitor construction quality, safety, cost, and schedule performance.
• Review project documentation, progress reports, and contractor submissions.
• Provide regular updates and management reports to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• 8–12 years of construction project management experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Professional proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
