About the role

Join GE Healthcare’s client delivery team in Dammam as a Consultant, helping hospitals and health systems improve financial, operational, clinical and patient‑safety outcomes through advisory and technology solutions. You will own parts of engagements, mentor junior staff and represent GEHC in client settings.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, validate, analyze and synthesize data to support engagement objectives.
• Plan and deliver work on time, on budget and with high quality, leading or mentoring consultants on large projects or acting as engagement leader on smaller projects.
• Prepare and deliver concise, insightful executive‑level presentations.
• Identify client needs, develop solutions and uncover business development opportunities.
• Facilitate cross‑functional working sessions with clients and GE stakeholders.
• Build credibility and relationships with mid‑level client managers.
• Represent GE Healthcare professionally in all public and client interactions.
• Develop expertise across multiple solution areas and contribute to knowledge‑management activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum three years of experience in advisory services, consulting or performance improvement in a healthcare setting.
• At least two years of experience leading and managing outcome‑focused projects.
• Compliance with GEHC Quality Manual and completion of required training.
• Willingness to travel at least 70% of the time.
• Region‑specific language proficiency.
