Consultant Vascular Surgeon – Surgical & Microsurgical Experience (Robotic)

About the role

We are seeking a highly qualified Consultant Vascular Surgeon to join our multidisciplinary surgical team in Riyadh. The role requires extensive post‑fellowship experience and expertise in advanced vascular, microsurgical, and robotic procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist consultation and comprehensive management of patients with complex vascular diseases.
• Perform advanced open, minimally invasive, endovascular, hybrid and robotic‑assisted vascular surgeries.
• Conduct pre‑operative assessments, utilize vascular imaging for surgical planning, and manage post‑operative follow‑up.
• Collaborate with interventional radiology, cardiology, general surgery, anesthesia and other specialties.
• Participate in on‑call vascular emergency services and supervise junior physicians and trainees.
• Engage in clinical research, teaching, quality improvement and departmental development activities.

Required profile

• Medical degree (MBBS/MD or equivalent) with board certification in Vascular Surgery.
• SCFHS Consultant registration or eligibility.
• Minimum 5 years of experience after completing a vascular surgery fellowship.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex arterial, venous and peripheral vascular cases.
• Strong surgical and microsurgical skills; robotic surgery training is a significant advantage.
