Consultant/Senior Consultant – GRC for Capital Projects (Arabic speaker)

About the role

This position is part of a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) practice focused on Capital Projects. The consultant will work with clients in construction, real estate and infrastructure to assess and improve their GRC frameworks while driving business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Capital Projects clients to evaluate current GRC practices and design improvement strategies.
• Lead the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks, including risk identification, assessment and mitigation.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and support incident management processes.
• Conduct GRC assessments and audits, document findings, and prepare client presentations for CXOs, boards and audit committees.
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging risks and regulatory changes affecting GRC.
• Manage audit and GRC procedures, define issues, analyse evidence and ensure technical competence in the domain.

Required profile

• Relevant professional degree or certifications such as MBA, CIA, CISA or CISSP.
• Minimum 4 years of full‑time audit or GRC consulting experience, preferably with a Big‑4 or strategy firm.
• Experience in Capital Projects, Real Estate, Construction or Infrastructure sectors.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
