About the role

The Consulting Practice Manager – Advisory Services will lead an advisory practice in Saudi Arabia, delivering high‑value financial consulting solutions to a diverse client base. You will combine technical accounting expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to guide teams and support complex business challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the advisory consulting practice and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and enhance advisory service offerings, including tax advisory, audit support, and financial planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and professional best practices.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to clients facing complex accounting, business, and operational challenges.
• Assist clients with mergers, acquisitions, restructuring, risk management, compliance, and performance improvement.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for long‑term growth.
• Collaborate with leadership to define business development strategies and expand the client portfolio.
• Mentor consultants and accounting professionals, supporting career development and knowledge sharing.
• Allocate resources across projects and establish quality‑assurance processes to maintain high standards of service.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, including IFRS and GAAP.
• Proven experience in advisory services such as tax, audit support, and financial planning.
• Leadership capabilities to manage complex client engagements and develop high‑performing teams.
