Content Creator & Graphic Designer

About the role

The Content Creator & Graphic Designer joins Rosewood Red Sea’s Communications and Marketing team as a visual storyteller and brand guardian. Working closely with the Cluster Director of Communications and the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager, you will craft compelling visual content that supports the resort’s luxury positioning and commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Capture high‑quality photos and videos across all resort areas, including rooms, suites, villas, F&B venues, wellness facilities, beaches and marine life.
• Produce and edit content that aligns with Rosewood brand standards and destination messaging for social media, campaigns and PR initiatives.
• Design digital and print assets such as social templates, brochures, menus, signage and promotional pieces while maintaining strict brand consistency.
• Maintain an organized digital library of edited content, raw footage and project files for recurring use.
• Support the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager by creating tailored content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Ensure all filming activities comply with Red Sea destination policies, Red Sea Global regulations and internal approvals.

Required profile

• Strong creative eye with a commitment to accuracy and brand integrity.
• Ability to work in varied outdoor conditions, including long walks across large resort environments and hot climates.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with PR, Marketing, Events and Sales teams.
• Self‑starter attitude with the agility to deliver daily and campaign‑based content calendars.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, etc.).
