Content Creator (Remote)

About the role

Mastery Academy is seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join its Marketing Team. The role focuses on storytelling, producing engaging written and visual content, and enhancing the academy’s digital presence across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high‑quality written and visual content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other channels.
• Develop creative content ideas aligned with the academy’s marketing strategy.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to plan and execute campaigns and manage content calendars.
• Analyze content performance metrics and continuously optimise engagement.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Content Creator.
• Excellent writing and editing skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, branding and audience engagement.
• Detail‑oriented with strong communication and creativity.

Required skills

• Content creation for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut or similar creative tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT (optional).
