Continuous Improvement Manager

About the role

Parsons is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process enhancements across multiple departments, ensuring best practices and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain policies, processes, procedures and related documentation.
• Review quality manuals and implementation procedures for compliance with codes, standards, and regulations.
• Plan and execute audit activities, including schedules, reports, and resolution of findings.
• Conduct internal audits of offices, projects, and job sites covering design, engineering, procurement, construction, and more.
• Facilitate process improvement plans using tools and systems to achieve financial and non‑financial goals.
• Manage continuous improvement initiatives, applying Lean Six Sigma methodology to current procedures.
• Apply Business Process Modeling and Business Process Re‑engineering to enhance current and future processes.

Required profile

• Certified Quality Manager.
• Certified Lead Auditor.
• Certified Process Professional.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with typically 10+ years of related experience.
