About the role

The Contract Administrator will support Bechtel’s delivery of the Expo 2030 Riyadh infrastructure programme. Working on‑site in Riyadh, you will handle routine and less‑complex contracts while assisting on higher‑value agreements, ensuring smooth commercial execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

Prepare, issue, and manage routine contracts and agreement documents in accordance with company procedures.
Support senior contract staff on higher‑value and more complex contracts.
Continuously monitor contract performance, flagging any commercial issues to management.
Draft and maintain correspondence, trackers, minutes, presentations, variation orders, and amendments.
Obtain required management approvals for contract documents.
Perform additional duties related to contract administration as assigned.

Required profile

Experience in contract administration or related commercial functions.
Ability to track contract progress and communicate issues effectively.
Strong attention to detail in preparing contract documentation.
