Contract Advisor - Saudi Arabia

About the role

Eram Talent, a leading talent acquisition firm in Saudi Arabia, is looking for an experienced Contract Advisor. You will manage and oversee contract negotiations so that all terms meet legal requirements and align with company and client objectives, guiding clients through complex contractual agreements across various sectors. The position is based in Saudi Arabia.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts while ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and client requirements.
• Advise internal stakeholders on contract terms and conditions.
• Manage the contract lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
• Conduct risk assessments and identify potential contract-related issues.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams so contracts align with industry standards and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on best practices in contract management.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of contracts and related communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law or a related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in contract management, preferably in the oil and gas or similar sectors.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and relevant commercial regulations.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and effective verbal and written communication.
• Detail-oriented, able to manage multiple contracts at once.
• Ability to work independently and in a diverse team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in contract management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
