Contracts Manager

About the role

The Contracts Manager will oversee the full lifecycle of contracts for our projects in Riyadh, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and safeguarding the organization’s interests. This role works closely with legal, finance, purchasing and project teams to manage contractual obligations and mitigate risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and monitor contracts and agreements to ensure clarity of obligations and rights.
• Coordinate with legal, financial, purchasing and project departments throughout the contract process.
• Track execution of contractual obligations, change orders, claims and disputes, and support their resolution.
• Monitor payments, guarantees, insurances and entitlements linked to contracts.
• Identify contractual risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Prepare periodic reports on contract status, risks and upcoming expirations.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, correspondence and related documents.
• Assist in negotiations with suppliers, contractors and clients.
• Ensure proper contract closure and settlement of all obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering or a related field.
• Practical experience in contract management, preferably within projects, contracting or services.
• Familiarity with commercial and contractual procedures.
• Fluency in English.
• Professional certifications in contract management or procurement are preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
