Contracts Specialist

About the role

The Contracts Specialist will lead the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and tender documents for public‑sector projects in Saudi Arabia. This role ensures compliance with Saudi Government Procurement Law and the Etimad Platform while supporting the organization’s procurement strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review Requests for Proposals (RFPs), specifications, and tender documents.
• Manage government procurement and tendering procedures in accordance with Saudi regulations.
• Utilise the Etimad Platform for submission, tracking, and reporting of procurement activities.
• Evaluate bids, negotiate terms, and administer contracts throughout their lifecycle.
• Draft, review, and finalise contract terms and conditions.
• Ensure adherence to public‑sector procurement, competition, and contracting regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in procurement, tendering, and contract administration.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Government Procurement Law and public‑sector contracting regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Etimad Platform.
