Control & Report Associate Supervisor

About the role

The Control & Report Associate Supervisor is responsible for overseeing financial control activities during new system implementations and projects, ensuring accurate month‑end closing for distribution centers and supporting bad‑debt and legal reviews.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly field closing activities for distribution centers (DCs).
• Oversee day‑to‑day financial operations at assigned DCs.
• Coordinate with sales teams on go‑to‑market strategies and operational excellence.
• Support supply‑chain I2C activities and maintain control over 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockists and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits, AR aging reviews and evaluate CCPFs requests.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI reports for leadership decision‑making.
• Review bad‑debt and legal status and support related analyses.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in FMCG finance or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with cross‑functional teams and senior leaders.
• Excellent coordination with finance planning and other functions.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deliverables.
• Preferred qualifications: MBA, CPA, CIMA, CA, ACCA or equivalent.
