Control & Reporting Associate Analyst

About the role

The Control & Reporting Associate Analyst will ensure accurate financial control and reporting for PepsiCo distribution centers in Saudi Arabia. You will coordinate monthly field closings, manage cash reconciliations, and support bad‑debt and legal status reviews while working closely with sales and supply‑chain teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve CCPFs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Complete daily cash reconciliations for collections received.
• Oversee monthly field closing activities for distribution centers.
• Support bad‑debt and legal status reviews.
• Collaborate with sales teams on go‑to‑market strategies and operational excellence.
• Assist supply‑chain I2C activities and maintain control over 3PL, 2PL, hyper DCs, stockists, and distributors.
• Conduct regular market visits and AR aging reviews.
• Prepare dashboards and KPI reports for leadership decision‑making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in financial control, reporting, or accounting within a distribution or supply‑chain environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, logistics, and finance teams.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights to leadership.
