직무 소개

리츠칼튼 호텔의 주방에서 식재료 준비 및 조리를 담당할 조리사를 찾습니다. 손님에게 고품질의 음식을 제공하기 위해 정확하고 신속한 작업이 요구됩니다.

주요 업무

식재료 세척, 껍질 제거, 계량 및 혼합
레시피와 품질·프레젠테이션 기준에 따라 음식 조리
오븐, 스토브, 그릴, 전자레인지, 튀김기 등 주방 장비 운영
조리 과정 중 음식 품질 모니터링 및 익힘 정도 확인
주방 작업 공간 정리·청소 및 위생 관리
음식 포장 및 서빙을 위한 적절한 용기에 담기

지원 자격

고등학교 졸업 또는 동등 학력
주방 업무 1년 이상 경력
특별한 면허·자격증 필요 없음

필수 역량

다양한 주방 장비를 안전하게 다룰 수 있는 능력
음식 위생 및 안전 규정 준수
팀과 원활히 소통하고 협업하는 자세
신체적으로 장시간 서서 작업 가능
