Cooler Technician – Installation & Maintenance

About the role

The Cooler Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing cooling equipment to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The role requires strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards while working closely with sales and service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, install, and track cooler movements and inventory.
• Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on cooling equipment.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and according to company standards.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance, inventory, and spare parts reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to close service requests and EWOs.
• Ensure proper handling of coolers, spare parts, and compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.

Required profile

• Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, adaptability, teamwork, problem solving, and time management.

Required skills

• Cooling systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Equipment diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Safety standards and hazardous materials handling.
