Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee (Riyadh)

About the role

As a Co‑op Graphic Designer Trainee at Aon’s Riyadh office, you will support multiple branches by creating high‑quality visual materials that reflect the company’s brand and help communicate effectively with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual concepts and design elements for internal and external audiences.
• Design a variety of materials such as advertisements, brochures, logos, reports for digital and print channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports following Aon branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with brokerage teams across Saudi branches to deliver client‑focused materials.
• Support online and offline media requirements as needed.
• Produce branded collateral including prints, letterheads, business cards, door cards, Eid cards, and similar items.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a graduate‑level program in Graphic Design or a closely related discipline.
• Portfolio demonstrating graphic design skills and creativity.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
