About the role

This position supports Bupa Arabia’s marketing activation programmes across the western region of Saudi Arabia. The role combines on‑site event support, client interaction, and office‑based reporting to ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate Bupa programmes in the western region, handling client bookings and event attendance.
Conduct site visits, including installation and dismantling of promotional materials.
Prepare weekly and monthly project reports for internal stakeholders.
Perform general office tasks related to programme administration.

Required profile

Minimum of one month of relevant experience.
Proficiency in English language.
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
