Co‑op Trainee Program – Jeddah

About the role

The COOP Training Program at Abdul Latif Jameel offers Saudi undergraduate students a hands‑on experience within a leading diversified business group in the MENAT region. Participants will work alongside senior leaders, gaining insight into daily operations across multiple business units while developing both interpersonal and technical capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day activities of assigned Business Units.
• Contribute to business milestones and project tasks.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks from day one.
• Receive continuous coaching and mentorship from experienced staff.
• Engage with cross‑functional teams to understand company culture and processes.

Required profile

• Saudi national currently enrolled in an undergraduate program.
• Major in Human Resources Management, Sales, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• Student at a governmental university or one of the listed private universities (e.g., Prince Sultan University, Dar Al‑Hekma University, etc.).

Required skills

• No specific technical skills are mandated; the program focuses on learning on the job.
