Coordinator GSE Operations

About the role

We are looking for a Coordinator GSE Operations to ensure the safety, reliability and efficiency of ground support equipment at Riyadh Air’s line‑maintenance facilities. The role combines technical oversight of scheduled and corrective maintenance with strict compliance to GACA regulations and company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the GSE maintenance facility, ensuring all scheduled, corrective and defect‑rectification tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and record resource availability, material utilization and equipment status during maintenance activities.
• Prepare and present reports on maintenance performance, workshop standards and equipment efficiency.
• Oversee the serviceability of motorized, non‑motorized and battery‑operated equipment, including calibrated gauges and spare components.
• Ensure proper handling, routing and storage of spares, components and calibrated tools.
• Maintain aircraft‑attached equipment quality and external appearance standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent degree in aviation, engineering or a related field.
• 2‑5 years of progressive experience in GSE maintenance operations.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate resources in a fast‑paced environment.
• Possession of the required police security clearance.
