About the role

The Coordinator – Reception and Retail is the first point of contact for members and guests at Amaala Yacht Club. This dual‑frontline role blends luxury hospitality service with boutique retail operations, ensuring seamless check‑ins, inquiries, and sales of exclusive club merchandise.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, members and visitors with professional courtesy, creating a positive first impression.
• Manage front‑desk activities: guest registration, appointments, bookings and inquiries.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and correspondence, providing timely responses.
• Provide accurate information on facilities, programs, events and amenities.
• Coordinate guest requests and liaise with internal departments for prompt resolution.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and public areas.
• Support concierge and administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist customers in the retail outlet, handling product inquiries and sales transactions.
• Manage inventory, stock replenishment and merchandise displays.
• Process sales using POS systems and keep accurate transaction records.
• Support promotional campaigns and seasonal merchandising initiatives.
