About the role

As a Core Reservation Agent at Four Seasons Riyadh, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in a world‑class luxury environment. Based in the iconic Kingdom Tower, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking personalized service and seamless reservations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation calls with professionalism and accuracy.
• Manage room inventory, bookings, and guest preferences across core, sales, and rooms departments.
• Coordinate with Food & Beverage, Spa, and event teams to ensure guest requests are fulfilled.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, rates, and promotional offers.
• Provide timely and courteous responses to guest inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• College education or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, luxury hospitality setting.
