Corporate Account Manager

About the role

Al Etihad Cooperative Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Corporate Account Manager to join its Riyadh office. You will be responsible for driving growth in the Property & Casualty (P&C) segment by identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored insurance solutions to corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business and achieve assigned sales targets, with a focus on Property & Casualty insurance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and key stakeholders.
• Assess client needs and provide customized insurance and risk‑coverage solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, and close new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient policy issuance and high‑quality post‑sales service.
• Identify cross‑selling and upselling opportunities to expand the portfolio.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in the insurance industry or corporate account management.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and meet sales targets.
• Excellent proficiency in English.
• Strategic thinking and adaptability to market changes.
• Saudi nationality.
