Corporate Account Manager – Quick Service Restaurants

About the role

Ecolab is looking for a Corporate Account Manager to join its industry‑leading Quick Service Restaurants team. In this role you will partner with quick‑service and limited‑service restaurants to improve guest experience, lower operating costs, drive revenue growth and safeguard customer trust while ensuring food safety and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate accounts to achieve sales targets.
• Identify key decision makers and influencers within accounts and successfully renew major contracts.
• Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews at corporate or regional levels.
• Coordinate product applications, on‑site trials, new product launches and price adjustments.
• Develop and expand new global, regional and national accounts in the QSR segment.
• Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts.
• Present value‑add products and programs, highlighting impact on the customer’s business.
• Partner with service and sales teams to meet revenue and profit targets while delivering consistent service standards.
• Identify additional business opportunities within current and prospective accounts.
• Maintain industry contacts to stay ahead of market changes and network for new opportunities.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to sell and maintain corporate accounts.

Required profile

• Proven ability to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Experience managing corporate accounts in the quick‑service restaurant industry.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multi‑disciplinary teams and projects.
