About the role

Aruqat Alnetham Law Firm is seeking a qualified Lawyer to join its Jeddah office. The successful candidate will provide legal consultation and representation across corporate, commercial, and individual matters, ensuring compliance with Saudi law.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and prepare memoranda.
• Represent clients before courts, governmental authorities, and in negotiations.
• Attend client meetings, maintain accurate case files, and ensure timely delivery of services.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver integrated legal solutions.

Required profile

• Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia with an LLB or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in client advisory work and managing multiple cases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• High ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with legal research databases.
• Familiarity with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
