Corporate Communication Senior Manager

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, hands‑on Senior Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Corporate Communications function. The role combines strong execution discipline with the ability to translate leadership direction into clear, actionable plans, ensuring high‑quality communication output across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Run daily operations of Corporate Communications with structured processes, trackers, dashboards and status reports.
• Convert leadership direction into detailed plans, timelines, owners and deliverables.
• Maintain an operating rhythm through regular follow‑up, progress tracking and clear accountability.
• Lead communications projects end‑to‑end, building practical project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks and deadlines.
• Manage multiple parallel workstreams, identify delays or blockers early and intervene to keep delivery on track.
• Drive momentum across internal stakeholders, external partners, agencies and vendors through disciplined follow‑up and escalation.
• Supervise and organize team members, setting expectations, ensuring quality control and coaching for improved planning and execution.
• Lead planning and execution of events, executive engagements and workshops.

• Strong organisational and project‑management mindset, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent execution skills, turning direction into clear action while maintaining quality under pressure.
• Leadership capability to supervise teams, set clear expectations and provide constructive coaching.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for tracking, reporting and decision support.
