About the role
We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join our Group Legal team. The role involves providing expert legal advice, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Provide legal advisory on corporate matters and draft/negotiate contracts and agreements.
- Identify legal risks, ensure compliance with local and international regulations, and review third‑party contracts.
- Manage litigation cases, represent the company in legal proceedings, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Oversee compliance programs, support internal audits, and align contracts and policies with group standards.
- Develop and enforce group‑wide policies, conducting regular reviews to maintain consistency across business units.
Required profile
- 6–8 years of experience in corporate legal practice.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi legal system.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
- Professional legal qualification (e.g., SASL) and Saudi Bar Association membership.
- Certifications in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, or Intellectual Property are a plus.
