Corporate Performance Expert

About the role

The Corporate Performance Expert will lead the measurement and analysis of strategic performance indicators across revenue, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency, supporting the Saudi Vision 2030 airport development program.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, define and maintain measurable performance indicators aligned with strategic objectives.
• Develop data collection mechanisms across HR, finance and operations departments.
• Conduct statistical and time‑series analyses to assess current performance and identify gaps.
• Prepare regular reports with visual dashboards for senior management and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Build predictive models to forecast future performance and evaluate the impact of market or policy changes.
• Perform 360‑degree performance evaluations and work with teams to design improvement strategies.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, manage expectations and ensure transparent documentation of processes and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Proven experience in performance measurement, data analysis and reporting within a corporate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to senior leadership.
