Corporate Services Consultant

About the role

As a Corporate Services Consultant you will help clients establish, maintain, and keep their Saudi Arabian entities compliant. The position is client‑facing, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, government authorities and third‑party providers to deliver seamless corporate services.

Key responsibilities

• Support incorporation, licensing and restructuring of Saudi entities.
• Manage day‑to‑day corporate governance and statutory compliance activities.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulators and service providers.
• Coordinate cross‑border solutions with internal teams across jurisdictions.
• Prepare, review and file corporate documents, applications and statutory filings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise clients on their impact.
• Maintain accurate client records and internal systems.
• Provide timely updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate services, company formation or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance and Saudi regulatory requirements.
• Experience dealing with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
