Corporate Training & Development Specialist

About the role

Eram Talent is looking for a Corporate Training & Development Specialist to join its team in Saudi Arabia, working on site in the SMP department. The specialist assesses training needs, designs training interventions and implements programmes that support business strategy, working with leaders across departments to close skills gaps and improve employee performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design the company's training and development framework, policies and standards.
• Analyse competency and skill gaps using performance data, surveys and discussions with management.
• Develop a long-term training roadmap aligned with business strategy and workforce planning.
• Create and run digital onboarding and learning programmes using technology such as LMS and e-learning tools.
• Develop training materials, manuals and visual aids, and evaluate programmes, trainers and content.
• Manage the annual training budget and forecast future learning investments.
• Partner with external training providers and certification bodies.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on training outcomes and skill progress.
• Support managers and supervisors in coaching and learning techniques, and promote continuous learning.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent from an accredited university.
• At least 8 years of experience in corporate training and development.
• Strong expertise in designing and delivering training programmes.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, analytical and communication skills.
• Collaborative approach and a proactive focus on employee development.
• English and Arabic proficiency preferred.
