Cost Control Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Cost Control Manager to lead budgeting, forecasting and expense monitoring for our multi‑branch food & beverage operation in Jeddah. You will act as the bridge between finance, operations and supply chain to ensure cost efficiency and accurate reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and expense reports.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date list of all costs/prices and advise on variations.
• Track market trends affecting resource costs and identify new vendor or cost‑cutting opportunities.
• Manage supplier relationships and approve purchases in coordination with the Purchasing Department.
• Conduct periodic checks of restaurant food values versus cashiers' posted totals.
• Perform physical counts of affiliate and distributor stock.
• Analyse invoices to confirm correct products/services were received at expected costs.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations for accurate cost tracking and reporting.
• Support annual audits by linking auditors with Supply Chain and providing required information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of cost‑control experience in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing cost structures and menu engineering.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience in a multi‑branch F&B brand is essential.
