Cost Control Manager

About the role

Lead cost control for multi‑billion SAR hospitality mega‑projects, ensuring rigorous budget governance, accurate forecasting and strong commercial discipline. The role provides executive‑level cost intelligence and early warning of financial risks across large‑scale hotel, resort and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project cost control, reporting, forecasting and governance.
• Manage budget, commitments, actuals, accruals, EAC, CTC, cash flow and variances.
• Provide clear executive‑level cost intelligence and early warning of financial risks.
• Monitor major packages, subcontractors, procurement commitments, variations and commercial exposure.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Planning, Procurement, Finance and Project Leadership.
• Establish and maintain high standards of cost reporting, controls, data integrity and forecasting.
• Lead and develop the cost control team in line with Tier‑1 project standards.

Required profile

• 15+ years of project cost control experience, including significant experience with a Tier‑1 contractor.
• Proven track record on multi‑billion SAR hospitality, hotel, resort or mixed‑use projects.
• Strong expertise in EAC, CTC, forecasting, cash flow, cost reporting and commercial risk.
• Advanced Excel and ERP/project controls systems; Power BI advantage.
• Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance or related degree.
• RICS, AACE or equivalent certification preferred.
